Brief Introduction:

This machine is suitable for the filling of various viscous paste materials, stable and easy to operate, easy to adjust the filling volume, high filling accuracy, simple cleaning, and extremely low failure rate. The parts contacting the materials are made of 316 stainless steel, and the frame is made of 304 stainless steel. The parts are corrosion resistant. This vertical paste packing machine is suitable for packing 100g -5000g liquid products into plastic bags at laminated film or single layer film material bag, various sauces such as tomato sauce ketchup, cream, chilli sauce and soy sauce.

The whole packaging line is consist of Vfs Liquid Sauce Packing Machine, piston filler or servo pump dosing system and take-off conveyor. It integrates the functions of feeding, metering, bag-making, packaging, sealing, printing, punching and countering, has automatic film position control function, both the horizontal sealing and film pull mechanisms adopt servo motor for transmission so as to guarantee high efficiency of the machine. It could be ideally combined with the other machines. For example, it is equipped with auto cartoner machine. You can choose to pack the packaged small bag into the box. For food safety, additional Metal Detector and Weight Checker can be added.

Piston Filler for Thick Paste Series

The pump is placed next to/above the packaging machine, and the paste machine can pour the raw materials into the bucket to suck and fill by itself.
